Vignobles Lassagne gather several family properties that were bought since three generations and are grown according to tradition and innovation on unique terroir located in the Libourne area.
Vignobles Lassagne encompasses these three properties: Château des Arnauds (the original estate), Château des Landes and Château Maltus, the latest addition to the Vignobles Lassagne.
History tells us that the origin of the Château Maltus goes back to the Middle Ages, in the time of the crusades.
The Order of Malta, well implanted on the land named Lalande de Pomerol, cultivated vines for the first time on the grounds of the Château Maltus.
Nicolas Lassagne acquired this parcel in 2015 of sixty-year-old vines with the purpose of producing this richly dense wine.
Ambre de Maltus is a very high-quality white wine worthy of the greatest Bordeaux white wines. A special attention is paid to the vineyard, as well as to the cellar to produce this cuvée. The alcoholic fermentation happens in French oak barrels, as well as a daily stirring during its ageing.

The Malbec from Andeluna’s Altitud line is born in vineyards located in the wine-growing region of Mendoza, on the slopes of the Tupungato volcano.
The grapes are grown in Tupungato, which is situated at an altitude of 1,300 metres above sea level.
It is produced with pure Malbec grapes, harvested exclusively by hand with careful selection of the bunches.

Fifty percent of this wine was made using carbonic maceration, in a process where whole clusters are placed in a hermetically sealed tank, in an oxygen-free environment saturated with carbon dioxide. “To make a white wine from red grapes, the skin and the seed are separated prior to fermentation. In this case, in addition, an intense decrease in the temperature of the liquid was carried out, to about 4ºC, which makes what there may be colored precipitate at the bottom of the stainless steel tank ,” describes winemaker González Bals.

‘Raices’ translates as Estate and the grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in the Uco Valley, Mendoza at an altitude of 700 meters above sea-level. The soils are poor in organic matter, which encourage the vines to send their roots deep into the soil in search of nutrients and water, resulting in subtle complexity.
