L’Avenir vinifies many of their reds, including their Horizon Pinotage, with mostly whole berries. This means they gently destem the fruit while keeping the berries as whole as possible. This enables a special intracellular fermentation to take place within the skins, adding even more juicy fruit to the palate.

Produced from a vineyard that was planted in 1971, L’Avenir Estate’s single vineyard Chenin Parcel selection in the vineyard and cellar, combined with minimum intervention winemaking results in a true masterpiece. This beautifully poised Chenin has lots of similarity with classic white Burgundy – a refined core, layers, freshness and a touch of appealing gunflint. L’Avenir Single Block Pinotage is the winery’s flagship and the best that L’Avenir has to offer. Only grapes from the highest vineyard on the estate were used for this exceptional red wine. Only the 14 best casks were selected for this vintage.
Owned by the Bernard family since 1983, the magnificent Domaine de Chevalier is at the top of the greatest Crus Classés of Bordeaux.
The estate is located in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation which is located in a green setting south of Bordeaux.
Domaine de Chevalier watches over a rare vineyard with 60 hectares of red vines. The vineyard is based on a gravel terroir with clay-gravelly subsoils. Since 1986, the young vines have been intended to ripen the berries which are used in the blending of the estate’s second wine, L’Esprit de Chevalier.
Three large plots in the best parts of Pauillac form the vineyard of this classified growth, an unusual configuration and a direct inheritance from the estate’s founder, Pierre Ducasse, an eminent lawyer. In the 18th century he gave a single name to a fine vineyard holding, which was put together through inheritance and purchases. When he died in 1797, his son, Pierre, inherited a 60-hectare exploitation, named Ducasse-Grand-Puy-Artigues-Arnaud, of which two third were planted with vines. The estate was classified in 1855, under the name of Artigues Arnaud.
L’Héritier de Grand Puy Ducasse is the second wine of Château Grand-Puy Ducasse. The 2016 vintage has a garnet color that opens onto a cedar nose with a touch of blackcurrant and gray pepper. The attack in the mouth is dynamic, followed by a well-proportioned length. This Héritiers de Grand-Puy Ducasse cuvée is then marked by a minty finish that allows you to appreciate its freshness.

The grapes for the elaboration of Crémant de Bourgogne come from different terroirs within the Burgundy vineyards. The village of Mercurey is situated in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise and is one of the largest winegrowing appellations of Burgundy. The vines grow at altitudes between 230 and 320 meters in limestone-marl soils on slopes facing the midday sun. Mercurey benefits from cooler climatic conditions than the Côte de Beaune, thus ripening is later but cellaring potential is very good.

The 200 hectares of Montagny 1er Cru are located at the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise. With a surface area of 34 hectares, “Les Coères” is the largest of the Montagny appellation climates classified as Premier Cru. The vines are located on a plateau as well as on hillsides facing southeast and north. The soils are not very stony and shallow, mainly covered with clay, blue marl and
Gryphées limestone (small fossil molluscs).

Sauvignon is only grown in Burgundy in the village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. The vines draw from soils dating from the Kimmeridgian period, like its prestigious neighbor Chablis located in Auxerrois, all the freshness and liveliness that characterize Saint-Bris.
The farming co-operative La Guardiense, which is one of the biggest in Italy, was founded in 1960 by 33 farsighted and courageous farmers. Today it counts around 1,000 farmer members and it has been very successful in adapting to the new era and to the many market changes that have occurred over this time, thus becoming a symbol of the technological progress for the entire province of the Sannio region combining as it does experience and modernity.
L’Aglianico Janare is a red wine of the Sannio soft, generous and fruity, excellent value for money. After aging for 6 months in French oak barrels it gives off notes of ripe cherries, red fruit, vanilla and gives a full, soft, warm and enveloping sip.
