Trenel’s Beaujolais Cuvée Rochebonneis produced on the east of the “Pierres Dorées” area, on three parcels east orientedand facing the Mont Blanc. They’re located in the village of Lucenay and are particularly ancient: the older one has been planted in 1922.

The Fleurie appellation, located in the heart of the Beaujolais crus, is not a reference to the region’s lush vegetation but to the name of the Roman legionary Fleurus. Located in the far northwest of Beaujolais, the Juliénas AOP lies at the crossroads of Beaujolais and Mâconnais. Vines are cultivated on a patchwork of terroirs, between 230 and 420 meters in altitude. Juliénas Trenel is a tribute to Marius Sangouard, a winemaker in the appellation and a steadfast partner of Maison Trenel, whose vineyards are now cultivated according to the same traditions and methods by his nephew. It comes from old vines located in the climats of “Les Capitans,” “La Croix Rouge,” and “Bois de la Salle.”
The Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiadene Val D’Oca is one of the leading producers of Prosecco, the most famous Italian sparkling wine made with Glera grape, cultivated and vinified in the hills of Valdobbiadene, the birthplace of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. However Val d’Oca also produce Prosecco DOC coming from lands in the province of Treviso in a beautiful setting amid rolling hills between Asolo and Conegliano.
This nice Prosecco Rosè is obtained from the separate vinification with soft pressing of the Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, from the subsequent static decantation and fermentation at 18 ° C with yeasts selected for glera and finally from the maceration in red for Pinot Noir. The blend of the rosé base is created before the second fermentation in an autoclave with the charmat method (60 days).

Santo Stefano is a hamlet in the municipality of Valdobbiadene and is located just north of the area of the prestigious Superiore di Cartizze. In these steep hills the grapes ripen under high sun exposure and are then hand-picked and taken to the cellar to give life to this precious nectar.
In the late 1990s, the Bolfo family decided to breathe new life into the ruins of an old convent located in the charming countryside of Pievasciata, a picturesque village in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena). And it was from the vineyards of this monastery, lovingly and carefully transformed into the prestigious 5-star Hotel Le Fontanelle, that the story of Vallepicciola began.

ColleJato is a wine resulting from an ancient winemaking method, a unique stylistic exercise consisitng in a slight drying process (not more than 15%) which gives to this wine a particular character and roundness.
Last born in the Viberti house, her name is a dedication to Maria (twin by birth), wife of Giovanni Viberti, a woman of humble origins who made a fundamental contribution to the growth of the company and her family. The story of the Viberti winery begins when Cavalier Antonio Viberti buys the Locanda del Buon Padre. It was the year 1923 when Antonio began to produce wine for the guests of his Locanda in the basement of the Buon Padre.
Produced from vineyards with more western exposures, it makes a maceration that does not exceed 12-15 days on the skins. The primary fruit and the floral are well preserved thanks to a weighted use of large wood for about 1 year and to follow an additional storage in steel for over 1 year before bottling. Soft tannin and great drinkability.
This is considered a “The Baby Barolo”, a younger style of Nebbiolo that can be enjoyed in its own right, and will encourage many consumers to go on to appreciate Barolo in the future. A fresh expression of Piedmont’s signature varietal, the Nebbiolo grape, and a approachable red with a pleasant fruity nose.
