The nose is a bouquet of aromas, from violet and peony to cherry, passing through spicy notes of pepper, liquorice and leather.
On the palate, it’s supple and balanced, with a nice roundness.
Very fruity, its aromas give it superb length.
Maceration of whole bunches during 8 days followed by pressing and maturing in tanks for 6 months. Unfined and lightly filtered before bottling.
To be served with grilled ribs of beef, cooked sausages or barbecue.
