Son and grandson of Jean Pabiot, Alain and Jérôme manage the Domaine des Fines Caillottes within the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. The terroirs, mainly clay limestone, are therefore very varied: white limestone pebbles known as “caillottes”, marl with small fossilized oysters (kimmeridgian) and flint. This diversity of terroirs gives the estate’s wines their aromatic complexity.
The Cuvée Séduction is vinified for one year on the lees, which through prolonged aging and frequent stirring will give the wine a lot of richness, silky and aromatic breadth while preserving the fruity aromas.
Certified TERRA VITIS (for the respect of the environment, Men and wines produced) and HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL VALUE (for the respect of biodiversity and the reduction of the inputs).

L’Âme de Pape Clément’s vineyard is nestled in the heart of the Graves region, on the left bank of the Garonne River where the soil and climate are ideal for grapes to ripen and vines to flourish. Dig down into the subsoil and you’ll find gravel and a layer of clay and limestone, which absorbs the sun’s heat during the day and releases it at night to produce remarkably full, ripe grapes. What’s more, the nearby river and the vineyard’s exposure to the sun help create a microclimate which helps protect and nurture the vines.
“La Burgondie” was the historical region of France that gave rise to the term Burgundy. The legendary little knight character that appears on the bottles truly captures the essence of La Burgondie. Courageous, confident and loyal. A forward-thinking, like-minded group of individuals who are fiercely proud of their Burgundian roots, their beautiful region and their wines. The same wines, produced using environmentally friendly farming methods, which are evocative of the hard-working co-operative-winemaker families who give their all, and have done so for generations.

The 200 hectares of Montagny 1er Cru are located at the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise. With a surface area of 34 hectares, “Les Coères” is the largest of the Montagny appellation climates classified as Premier Cru. The vines are located on a plateau as well as on hillsides facing southeast and north. The soils are not very stony and shallow, mainly covered with clay, blue marl and
Gryphées limestone (small fossil molluscs).

Sauvignon is only grown in Burgundy in the village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. The vines draw from soils dating from the Kimmeridgian period, like its prestigious neighbor Chablis located in Auxerrois, all the freshness and liveliness that characterize Saint-Bris.
The Huteau Boulanger winery was founded by Catherine and Francois in the heart of Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. The winery has 45 hectares of vineyards. “If you respect nature, soil, climate, he will give you an exceptional Muscadet that combines sophistication and freshness.”
The company’s philosophy is based on a huge love and passion for winemaking and minimal impact on the ecosystem.
The grapes of this Muscadet Sèvre et Maine are harvested when fully ripe. Fruits are sorted out, then pressed in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts. Ageing on lees (‘sur lie’) in underground glass vessels (6-12 months).

Château La Salargue is located on the left bank of the Dordogne in the municipality of Moulon. At that time, its famous wines were shipped in barrels by barge. Here the vines benefit from a privileged terroir, the soil is clayey and loamy on gravel, the fruit of millions of years of work by the watercourse. In the Dordogne, it is humid in the mornings and wonderfully sunny in summer. This contributes to the optimal ripeness of the vines and grapes here.

D’Alamel wines embody the outstanding growing conditions found in Chile, where they are born between the South Pacific ocean and the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
These wines are named in honour of Cyril D’Alamel de Bournet, who co-founded Lapostolle Wine with his wife Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle.
D’Alamel wines are the result of careful soil management, pruning, leaf pulling, and green harvests to ensure the right conditions for healthy vines that deliver their finest fruit year after year.
D’Alamel wines use ecological bottles that are 14% lighter and made with recycled glass, and the raw ingredients used for the labels, boxes, and corks come from certified sustainable forests.
The Marnier Lapostolle family, founders and owners of the world-renowned liqueur Grand Marnier, has vineyards in three regions of Chile, the oldest plantings being 1920 in the southern Apalta Vineyard brought from France at the end of the 19th Century.
Their mission is to capture the freshness of young and expressive fruit, bright and alive.
These characteristics define the Lapostolle Grand Selection wines.
This Grand Selection Cabernet Sauvignon has flavors of red fruits, strawberries and blackberries, with a concentrated and round palate.
Valle del Rapel is one of the few places where Carménère grows in ideal conditions. It is located in the central part of Chile and it exhibits a semi-arid Mediterranean climate with warm and dry days and pleasantly cool nights during the growing season, as a result of cold breezes coming from the Andes. Rapel has also a cool influence from the Pacificís Humboldt Current, which lowers temperatures in the coastal areas of the valley. This leads to warm days with ample sunlight and dry conditions, allowing a slow ripening period. Carménère is able to fully ripen but maintain all its fresh notes that are so unique to the variety.
The Prelude to Clos Apalta is not just a wine; it is an overture to an enduring legacy. It is a wine crafted with the same meticulous care and attention that has defined three decades of winemaking in our vineyards. This wine is a harmonious blend of our dedication, knowledge, and respect for the land, serving as an invitation to a grander symphony that awaits.
Prelude is the third wine in the esteemed line up from Clos Apalta, offering a more approachable and youthful expression of the Apalta Valley terroir.Crafted with the same meticulous care as its counterparts, Clos Apalta and Le Petit Clos, Prelude serves as an inviting introduction to the estate’s winemaking philosophy.
“Prelude of Clos Apalta is a vibrant, fruit-driven red blend, showcasing Carménère’s spice and elegance with a modern, approachable style.” – Jacques Begarie, Chief Winemaker.
Family owned since 1810, the Château Cap Léon Veyrin originates from the meeting of Château Cap Léon and the Veyrin estate. Cape comes from the word “head”. In fact, the vineyards of Cap Léon are located on the highest points of Listrac-Médoc, favoring natural drainage and ideal sunshine. Nathalie and Julien Meyre, are the 6th generation of the family running this property, perpetuate the tradition: predominance of Merlot, collage with egg white, aging of 12 months in barrels, manual harvesting for young parcels and for old vines, while bringing their dynamism to this renowned Cru Bourgeois du Médoc.
Le Petit Leon is de-facto the second wine of Château Cap Leon Veyrin, even though some grapes are bought in for this wine. The quality is outstanding and the presentation top drawer. Certainly one to look out for if you are on the hunt for quality at a great price.
