Sourced from mineral rich soils with rocky clay and limestone, vine rows are planted from north (the mountains) to south (the sea) for best exposure and ventilation from incoming winds. Lapostolle D’Alamel Sauvignon Blanc Reserva

D’Alamel wines embody the outstanding growing conditions found in Chile, where they are born between the South Pacific ocean and the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
These wines are named in honour of Cyril D’Alamel de Bournet, who co-founded Lapostolle Wine with his wife Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle.
D’Alamel wines are the result of careful soil management, pruning, leaf pulling, and green harvests to ensure the right conditions for healthy vines that deliver their finest fruit year after year.
D’Alamel wines use ecological bottles that are 14% lighter and made with recycled glass, and the raw ingredients used for the labels, boxes, and corks come from certified sustainable forests.

Lapostolle Grand Selection Sauvignon Blanc

This Grand Selection Sauvignon Blanc comes from a very special area in Cachapoal, directly beneath the foothills of the Andes, and enhances the best fruit that Rapel Valley has to offer. The vines grow with the cold influence of the mountains and express all the minerality of the vineyards unique stony soil: Las Kuras means “stones” in the native language.

The season started with a mild winter, mostly dry all through the season. A careful irrigation program was key and keeping a good canopy to protect the grapes in the vineyard, patiently wait for the perfect maturity.

The origins of the estate that once owned the farmland can be traced back to the early 1700’s. The name ‘Le Monde’ is taken from the Germanic-Latin word “Mundio”, an ancient Germanic law that ‘protected’ the farmlands of the region. Cantina Le Monde ‘protects’ and safeguards its vineyards, farming in a healthy way, that respects nature and the sustainable future of ancient soils.

Louis Robin Chablis AOC

The Robin family has owned their vineyard in Chablis since 1836. In 1888 they moved to Chichée, a small village 3 km southeast of Chablis. Today, the family owns about thirty hectares of vineyards in the best locations in Chichée and Chablis.

Louis Robins Chablis places great emphasis on highlighting the fine aromas and the original mineral tones of the Chardonnay grape from the region. The grapes are harvested mechanically and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Côtes-du-Roussillon AOP White

It was in Latour de France that M.Chapoutier chose to set up his domain. The vines of Bila-Haut and Occultum Lapidem were the first expressions of this terroir. The story continued near a little village called Lesquerde. Steep, craggy limestone, arid soil, battered by the tramontane wind…

In this Côtes-du-Roussillon white blend part of the grapes comes from limestone, clay soils and gneiss in the Agly Valley; the other part from granite soils at higher altitude (500m, later ripening sites).

Macchialupa Falanghina Beneventano IGT

The Macchialupa Winery is located in the Valle del Sabato, on the border between the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, amid wide valleys and towering ridges where, at an altitude of around 450 meters, the Falanghina, Greco, Fiano and Aglianico grape types are cultivated. Their passion and love for an area rich in winemaking traditions and culture led enologist Angelo Valentino and agronomist Giuseppe Ferrara to set up this small winery, which is masterfully run by its founders.

Falanghina Beneventano IGT 2021 by Macchialupa is a wine that mirrors the warmth of the south and the love for a land rich in winemaking tradition and culture. The vineyards of the Macchialupa winery are located in the Sabato Valley, on the border of the province of Avellino with that of Benevento. An area that has the typical hilly appearance with wide valleys and high ridges. In fact, it is precisely on these ridges at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level that the optimal conditions are found for the Falanghina vine.
