The Cuvée Séduction is vinified for one year on the lees, which through prolonged aging and frequent stirring will give the wine a lot of richness, silky and aromatic breadth while preserving the fruity aromas.

The “Domaine des Fines Caillottes” Pouilly-Fumé is the blend of wines from the great diversity of terroirs and vines of various ages from the estate.

“Kiméride” comes from Kimmeridgian, the period of the geological formation of this terroir. This vintage is a selection of plots from this terroir whose limestone stones are dotted with fossils (ammonites, small oysters, etc.). This cuvée is produced only with the best vintages, and exclude grapes from young vines.
Richness, concentration, elegance and intense aromas of ripe fruit characterize this Pouilly-Fumé which expresses the quintessence of Sauvignon.

The white Sancerre “La Merisière” is produced on clay-limestone soils, sometimes with pebbles and flint.

L’Âme de Pape Clément’s vineyard is nestled in the heart of the Graves region, on the left bank of the Garonne River where the soil and climate are ideal for grapes to ripen and vines to flourish. Dig down into the subsoil and you’ll find gravel and a layer of clay and limestone, which absorbs the sun’s heat during the day and releases it at night to produce remarkably full, ripe grapes. This wine made from the Aligoté grape variety is the result of a plot selection. It draws all its singularity from the Côte Chalonnaise, in the heart of Burgundy. The Mâconnais hills form a set of inclines separated by parallel faults and facing north/north-east or south/south-west. Chardonnay wines for cellaring come from brown limestone or chalky soils and rendzine terrains. The siliceous, clay or sandy soils, often mixed with flat sandstone pebbles, favour the earlier drinking Chardonnay.
In this part of southern Burgundy, the vines form a part of a busy landscape of little hills and valleys that look as though they have been painted in water colours. This charming landscape was celebrated by the poet Lamartine, one of its native sons. The town of Mâcon maintains very close connections with this serene, cheerful, vineyard landscape and its traditions. The 200 hectares of Montagny 1er Cru are located at the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise. With a surface area of 34 hectares, “Les Coères” is the largest of the Montagny appellation climates classified as Premier Cru. The vines are located on a plateau as well as on hillsides facing southeast and north. The soils are not very stony and shallow, mainly covered with clay, blue marl and
Gryphées limestone (small fossil molluscs).

Sauvignon is only grown in Burgundy in the village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. The vines draw from soils dating from the Kimmeridgian period, like its prestigious neighbor Chablis located in Auxerrois, all the freshness and liveliness that characterize Saint-Bris.
