Château Paran Justice is situated in Saint Etienne de Lisse, at the bottom of the slopes down to Château de Pressac, taking its name from the unification of two neighboring producers, Château Paran and Château Justice, dating from the 1900s.
The owner, Mr Boutros-Toni, has decided a few years ago to farm his vineyard in an environment friendly way.

The Château Pontet-Fumet is located near the village of Vignonet in the well-known wine-growing region of Saint-Émillion.
It is one of the outstanding Grand Crus in Saint-Émillion, where the soils of the vineyards are characterized by sandy gravel soils.
Situated between Saint Estephe and Pauillac, overlooking the first classified growths of Medoc, the Château Puy Castéra can claim one of the most prestigious wine neighborhoods in the world. This domaine of 18 hectares has a terroir of exception which provide to the wine complexity and elegance.
The name of this Château dates back to ancient times, meaning “fortress on a hill”. It is also notable for having once belonged to one of the biggest names in viticulture: Henri Marès, the man who discovered how to combat powdery mildew.

The Château Quinault l’Enclos property is located on the right bank of Bordeaux in the Saint-Émilion appellation. Belonging to the famous Château Cheval Blanc, the first classified A growth of Saint-Émilion, the wines of Château Quinault l’Enclos benefit from the same care as those of Château Cheval Blanc.
A vintage of challenges marked by strong climatic contrasts, 2018 will remain a great year in the memories of the property. The heavy rainfall at the start of the year will have generated significant mildew pressure. The precision and constant attention paid by the property’s technical teams made it possible to save Château Quinault L’Enclos from mildew. The beautiful summer which set in in July with an ideal September favored perfect ripening with berries with good concentration.

Château Quintus is the 5th child within the Domaine Clarence Dillon family of wines. Its name is a tribute to the Gallo-Romans, creators of Saint-Emilion’s vineyards, who had the custom of naming their fifth child Quintus.
A perfect marriage between Merlot and Cabernet Franc, whereby the qualities of each grape variety are expressed to the full. This 2019 Quintus is clearly a tremendous success.
This property is located in Etauliers, north of the Gironde 1er Cotes de Blaye, on a clay soil and sandy grave on 13 hectares in production. The wines of Chateau Thomas Laurent are predominantly from the Merlot grape that gives soft and round structure to the wine.

Château Tour de Pez is situated in the prestigious hamlet of Pez in the Saint Estèphe appellation, the internationally revered icon of viticulture. Its history is multi-facetted, deeply entwined with those of the families that have toiled in these vineyards since the 17th century.
Recognized from the outset as a Cru Bourgeois du Médoc, Château Tour de Pez is the result of the strict selection of the finest grapes from the estate to produce a wine that first and foremost asserts its Saint Estèphe identity, expressing its origins and its terroir with intensity. Polished by expert, precise winemaking, and mellowed through contact with oak, it offers amazing finesse of tannins, silkiness, balance, and superb freshness that lingers in the mouth. An accomplished, accessible Cru Bourgeois from Saint Estèphe, that offers unsurpassed value and infinite tasting pleasure.

After his death in 1959, his son Michel and then his grandson Jean-Marc continued his work by developing his vineyards. During the 1990s, the cellars were enlarged and completely renovated to take into account new techniques and the latest knowledge in winemaking and maturing, while respecting traditional achievements. Château Treytins, vinified on the fruit, benefits fully from the temperature regulation in these air-conditioned cellars.

Clos de l’Oratoire, located on Saint-Emilion’s northeast slope, has 13 hectares of vines. The terroir of Fronsac molasse, consisting of a layer of sandy soil and a clay subsoil, is ideally suited to Merlot (80% of the vines).
Clos de l’Oratoire is round, smooth, and very seductive. It has a beautiful deep crimson colour and powerful fruity aromas. Merlot provides roundness and opulence, whereas Cabernet Franc contributes power, aromatic complexity, and a long aftertaste. Although Clos de l’Oratoire can be enjoyed seven years after the vintage, it is, above all, a wine with fine ageing potential.
The name of Clos du Marquis, created in 1902, was inspired by the Petit Clos adjacent to the Château de Léoville, residence of the Marquis de Las Cases. The Clos du Marquis is produced from top terroirs of the Saint-Julien Appellation that were not exclusively part of the old Domaine de Léoville cadastre. These terroirs are located slightly to the west and are surrounded by prestigious Classified Growths, particularly Seconds Crus Classés of Saint-Julien and Pauillac : Léoville Poyferré, Léoville Barton, Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande… The Clos du Marquis offers a fine expression of the Saint-Julien character : structure, complexity, harmony, distinction and ageing potential.
Structured, direct, and intense, the 2021 Clos du Marquis has a strong identity that owes much to the elegance and power of the Cabernets, which perform well in this vintage. This wine displays complexity, aristocratic stature, and an airy, inviting elegance that lingers on the finish.
Château Jaron, located between the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne regions, has been a family-run vineyard for four generations. Philippe Libératore took over management in 1994, and in 1998 joined forces with Caroline Comin to create Vignobles Comin-Libératore. The estate covers 40 hectares in four communes, with vines averaging 30 years of age.
The Confidentiel cuvée draws it freshness and elegance from Cabernet Franc, carefully harvested from a small plot of vines of Château Jaron.
The Domaine de Beaulieu is one of the estates to follow in Chinon, located in the Touraine region of the Loire Valley in France.
Situated just near the house of François Rabelais (the greatest French author of the 16th century), the estate is run by Michaël Manceau, the 3rd generation of the winegrowers. The Domaine de Beaulieu covers 13,5 ha. Michaël uses natural methods to control yields to enhance the quality of his wines. The winegrower is passionate about his vines, his estate and the dynamism of continuous improvement.
