This “different” wine is vinified like in Georgia, where the grapes remain in contact with the wine during 4 months in amphora. A vinification that can also be called “orange wine”, a really different wine!
The name Cielo e Terra (literally Sky and Land, or Heaven and Earth) recreates a perfect marriage, where Heaven is represented by the family of the same name and the Land is identified with the expert hands of the winegrower partners working in the vineyards that yield these wines.
Since 1908 the Family has been delivering great quality wines. This is a tribute to the founders with a new Premium and Super Premium collection, aimed to challenge the most renowned Super Venetian wines and to create new signature blends.
1908 is not only the year of the foundation but it represents also the spirit of an age of enthusiasm after the Great Depression. Innovation and creativity were bringing new light and hope in the future, on the front door of the «Belle Époque».
The year was 1924. It was the heart of the Prohibition Era and wine’s darkest hour when it was outlawed and deemed unconstitutional. It was also the year the Delicato family first planted vineyards in California and farmed grapes that were sold to friends and neighbors.
A cool blanket slips into the area at night keeping the vineyard temperatures mild in the morning as the day heats up. The warm inland valley allows for generous heat during the peak summer months, ideal conditions to craft this full-bodied Chardonnay.

Aimé Roquesante’s distinctive character is nurtured at the heart of the vineyard, in the calm serenity of its peaceful surroundings and with unrivaled skill – producing an authentic Côtes de Provence wine. Son and grandson of Jean Pabiot, Alain and Jérôme manage the Domaine des Fines Caillottes within the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. The terroirs, mainly clay limestone, are therefore very varied: white limestone pebbles known as “caillottes”, marl with small fossilized oysters (kimmeridgian) and flint. This diversity of terroirs gives the estate’s wines their aromatic complexity.
The Pouilly-Fumé “”Chantebines”” is the assembly of a mosaic of terroirs and micro-climates among the best terroirs of Pouilly-Fumé.
Certified TERRA VITIS (for the respect of the environment, Men and wines produced) and HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL VALUE (for the respect of biodiversity and the reduction of the inputs).
The grapes used for producing this wine were extracted from vineyards located in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 1.300 mts. (4,300 ft.) above sea level.
This area is characterized by its wide thermal amplitude, which allows for grapes of great intensity in color, an important aromatic expression and great natural acidity.
This area, close to the Andes, is producing some of the best fruit in Argentina and world-class Cabernet Sauvignon.
Andeluna Blanc de Malbec is part of the winery’sLimited Edition family of wines. It is distinguished by its delicate and elegant presentation, silver and blue toned label – which represents the deep blue of the Gualtallary sky, fused with the subtle blues of the Andes mountain range and the gray ranges of the moon – and silver capsule.
A passionate tribute to the soil, its altitude, the Andes, and “la luna” —the moon.
Bordering the skies, where condors soar in absolute freedom, the sun, the air and the perfect soil in the area endow our wines with depth, balance and elegance. This wine embodies the ultimate expression of altitude.
“To make a white wine from red grapes, the skin and the seed are separated prior to fermentation. In this case, in addition, an intense decrease in the temperature of the liquid was carried out, to about 4ºC, which makes what there may be colored precipitate at the bottom of the stainless steel tank ,” describes winemaker González Bals.
‘Raices’ translates as Estate and the grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in the Uco Valley, Mendoza at an altitude of 700 meters above sea-level. The soils are poor in organic matter, which encourage the vines to send their roots deep into the soil in search of nutrients and water, resulting in subtle complexity.
An enlivening and elegant mountain-fresh Malbec, with lovely concentration of ripe fruit.
