Description

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 14.5%

APPEARANCE
An intense ruby color flecked purple.

NOSE
It opens with rich aromas, dominated by black cherry, complemented by fine notes of exotic spices.

PALATE
The taste is full, complex, with notes of ripe fruit, chocolate, vanilla, and raisins. The soft tannins emphasize the roundness and softness of the long aftertaste.

AGEING
After a manual harvesting at night, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.

PAIRING
Steaks, sauced pork dishes, cured meat and aged cheeses.
