However Val d’Oca also produce Prosecco DOC coming from lands in the province of Treviso in a beautiful setting amid rolling hills between Asolo and Conegliano.
Santo Stefano is a hamlet in the municipality of Valdobbiadene and is located just north of the area of the prestigious Superiore di Cartizze. In these steep hills the grapes ripen under high sun exposure and are then hand-picked and taken to the cellar to give life to this precious nectar.
