TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
A beautiful ruby color with purple shades.

NOSE
It is dominated by red fruit, red cherry, and plum. Then, notes of sweet spice follow, evoking the Mediterranean scrub.

PALATE
Captivating on the palate, with very good structure and appropriate freshness, and very pleasant tannins. Long and persistent.

AGEING
Aged exclusively in stainless steel vats with subsequent time in the bottle.

PAIRING
Medium-aged cheeses, lasagna with meat sauce, “cacciatora”-style meats, and medium aged cheeses.
