Created in 1992, Domaine Pestre covers 15 hectares. A good part of the vineyard is located in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, then a smaller part in a neighboring villages of the Côte de Beaune such as Pommard, Savigny-les-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Auxey-Duresses etc…
The estate’s belief is in an organic cultivation using no pesticide, herbicide and insecticide.
The village of Savigny-les-Beaune is located between Beaune and Corton.
The vineyard of Savigny is of ancient lineage and used to belong to the Domaines of the Duke of Burgundy.
The name Serpentière was designated a path that «snaked» through the vines at the time when there were planted in a mass and not straight rows.
The soil is stony with some red clay.

This domain held a twin appeal for M. CHAPOUTIER: a vineyard already converted to organic in Montfrin in Gard county, and a section in Costières de Nîmes, where the company did not yet own vineyards. The first visit to this beautifully-maintained vineyard was promising, and in 2018, a range of appellations – Côtes-du-Rhône, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Costières de Nîmes and Pays d’Oc – have been produced.
The vineyard plots are located in the commune of Montfrin. This wine comes from a soil composed of deep red clay and siliceous pebbles of various sizes brought by the sea some several million years ago.
The Cave of Vignerons de Buxy offers a selection of wines produced in limited quantities. Selected by the best winemaker these wines, produced and matured individually, come from the vineyards, estates and châteaux of the property, like Domaine Steinmaier in Givry.
Located on the Côte Chalonnaise, south of Burgundy, the Givry region produces primarily red wines. The parcels face from east to southeast, and range from 240 to 280 meters high. The grapes are planted on calcareous soil. The subsoil is composed mainly of limestone.

Over the centuries, the Jouffreau family at Clos de Gamot, has cultivated vines, produced wine and lived to the rhythm of the moments of glory or misfortune of Cahors wine. The most serious misfortune came in 1882, with phylloxera that began to attack the Clos de Gamot vineyard: Guillaume Jouffreau had just saved the Clos de Gamot vineyard but also the entire Cahors vineyard that will be replanted largely thanks to the clones coming from the Clos de Gamot, a 15-hectare vineyard with a single grape variety, Malbec, on a magnificent clay-limestone-silica terroir, with pebbles and flint.
Clos de Gamot represents today the most ‘traditional’ aspect of Cahors, having been one of the most innovative in the region. No barriques here; the aging, which lasts about two years, is done only in the ‘Foudres’ and the ‘Demi-Muids’, producing wines that never play on the abundance of primary aromas.

Magali is an easy drinking rosé named after the Estate’s commercial director, the second Combard daughter in the family. Since the acquisition of Château Barbeiranne in 2019, it is a blend of two very beautiful terroirs: La Londe’s schist soils with maritime influence and Pignans’ claylimestone soils, in the inland valley of the Var.
Like all the greatest wines of the appellation, Château Pédesclaux has the complexity that reflects the terroir it springs from. On this mosaic of soils, the clays convey power while the gravels express pure elegance. Pédesclaux embodies the depth that is the quintessence of Pauillac, balanced by a unique sensuality with each vintage, the painstaking work on these excellent plots pays off, while the revolutionary equipment in the winery enables the wine to develop its own unique personality.
Ethereal, fresh, appealing to both the nose and the palate, Pédesclaux’s second wine is a flower that unfurls as you approach. Unusually for Pauillac, the Fleur de Pedesclaux is predominantly made from Merlot along with a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot depending on the vintage.
Exhibiting a more high-spirited elegance yet nonetheless showing remarkable length, Fleur de Pédesclaux 2016 is a delight. In this more floral expression, the marvellous complexity of our terroir is once again evident, but in a mouth-watering style that is instantly festive.
Château Nénin is located in the village of Pomerol, one of the most prestigious areas of Bordeaux. The Domaine was bought by Jean-Hubert Delon in 1997 from his cousins, the Despujols, owners of the estate since 1847. Jean-Hubert had the intention of continuing the centuries-old tradition of the Château, and precisely for this reason, since immediately, extensive renovation and modernization works, including technical ones, were carried out. Under his direction, the land was in fact drained, the vineyards renewed and the cellars modernised, to improve the vinification and aging processes.
Fugue de Nénin was created and first sold in 1997. Fugue comes from sandy-clay soils found in the eastern part of the Château’s vineyards, as well as from the young vines. This second wine is a typical example of the charm of Pomerol. The wines are smooth and silky and can be enjoyed earlier than those of the Grand Vin.
This 2019 is a vintage of “terroir”, for which a very thorough intra-parcel approach right up to the harvest was favoured. The Fugue de Nénin is a wine built
on roundness and freshness, bearing the elegance of its terroir and the characteristics of its appellation.
“Haut” (High) because this nectar has a high quality; “Charmes” (Charms) because it is difficult not to fall under the charm of this wines golden this Sauternes. The micro-climate of the Ciron valley has a major role in its elaboration, to confer a very special character to the wine. Indeed, thanks to the climate, the “botrytis cinerea” appears on the grapes and concentrates the sugar while the acidity decreases. The attention brought to the winemaking and the ageing is the reason of the existence of this exceptional wine.
The Héritage de Chasse-Spleen Haut-Médoc is the second wine of the renowned Château Chasse-Spleen.
At first known as Ermitage de Chasse Spleen, this wine had to be given a new name in 2000 because of homonymy reasons. After a birth under the best auspices while inheriting all the care brought to its magnificent senior, this new name seemed very much appropriate.
It is crafted from younger vines and specific parcels within the Haut-Médoc appellation, offering a more accessible version of the estate’s signature style.

Son and grandson of Jean Pabiot, Alain and Jérôme manage the Domaine des Fines Caillottes within the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. The terroirs, mainly clay limestone, are therefore very varied: white limestone pebbles known as “caillottes”, marl with small fossilized oysters (kimmeridgian) and flint. This diversity of terroirs gives the estate’s wines their aromatic complexity.
The Cuvée Séduction is vinified for one year on the lees, which through prolonged aging and frequent stirring will give the wine a lot of richness, silky and aromatic breadth while preserving the fruity aromas.
