The vineyard of this velvety and gourmet Saint-Véran white are located on the slopes of the Solutré chain, on limestone from the Middle Jurassic.

Pale golden colour with white gold glints.

NOSE
The bouquet is delicate, bringing together aromas of flowers and white fleshed fruit.

PALATE
Its generous, ample texture combined with flavours of apricots makes this Saint-Véran both intense and charming.

AGEING
Vinification in stainless steel vats with 15% of skin maceration followed by maturation in vats for a short period of time.

PAIRING
Enjoy as an aperitif or with appetizers.
It pairs well also with a seafood platter or chicken fillets.
