White with a ripe lemon hue colour.
NOSE
It displays white peach and tropical fruit notes together with fresh green apple and lemon rind aromas.
PALATE
Ripe peach and melon flavours with some soft oak notes which produces a richly textured creaminess and a fresh, acid finish.
AGEING
Wine is allowed to remain on oak and ferment lees for two months.
PAIRING
Delicious served with creamy pasta dishes or cold salmon.
