NOSE
With a magnificent bouquet, clearly marked by the imprint of Cabernet Sauvignon, this vintage opens with powerful notes of blackcurrant, small black fruits, spicy scents of cinnamon and aniseed of liquorice enhanced by the beautiful freshness of peppery notes.

PALATE
The palate reveals the voluptuousness and elegance of the tannins whose fine grain coats the palate, stretching into a superb mineral finish.

AGEING
12 to 16 months in 60% new oak barrels.

PAIRING
Best served with barbecue, duck, red meat, game and mature cheeses.
