M. Chapoutier Temenos Cornas is a highly acclaimed wine that’s gaining popularity among wine enthusiasts worldwide. The vines comes from decomposed granite, locally called “gore”. Specifically from the appellation areas of: Les Reynards (south-facing granite hillsides providing maturity and minerality), Mazard (east-facing hillside providing flesh and volume) and Saint-Pierre (high-altitude terroir providing freshness and complexity).

Merum Priorati, a notable Priorat estate was founded in 2004 and is located in the east of the appellation around the pretty village of Porrera in the hills northwest of Tarragona.
Inici is a 100% estate grown red wine from Merum Priorati winery in Porrera. The grapes are sourced exclusively from the three estates owned by the Bodega, making a total of 29 ha planted with vines. Their vineyards are planted on a slate terrain on the hillsides of Porrera village, a terrain that is locally known as “llicorella”. Inici is a blend with the Grenache as a greater protagonist, a wine that expresses the characteristics of this unique terroir where it comes from and enjoys the prestige of being classified as “Vi de Vila” and certified as “Viticultura Heróica” by the CERVIM, the Centre for Research, Environmental Sustainability and Advancement of Mountain Viticulture, the international organization in charge of promoting and protecting the mountain viticulture as Heroic Viticulture, and certified vegan.
Carefully selected grapes from the best wine regions are blended to ensure Paul Chamblain Brut Rosé is balanced, elegant and refreshing.
The yeast is selected in Champagne but, according to the Charmat method, a second natural fermentation takes place in vats close, which keeps the original aromas of the wines of this rosé base.

Porta do Monte is a genuine wine expressing all the authenticity of the region. The deep violet colour reveals rich aromas, with combined dark fruit and floral notes.
Rocca delle Macìe was established in 1973, when Italo Zingarelli, a film-maker, producer and director, decided to realize his lifelong dream by acquiring the “Le Macìe” estate, in order to create a winery in the heart of the Chianti Classico zone and to produce wines that, thanks to their balance between the tannic structure, fruit and pleasantness, can be appreciated by young people and wines that are able to give over the years a great evolution.
Sasyr is a highly quaffable wine that is fruity and polished on the palate, with no sharp edges; well-rounded, sinuous, and immensely drinkable.
