Lapostolle Le Rosé is inspired on a provençal style, focused on bringing the most elegant and subtle expression of a rosé blend from Apalta vineyards.
Lapostolle Le Rosé comes from our San José Estate located in the Apalta Valley, near the town of Santa Cruz, 170 Kilometers South West from Santiago. The 2023 Apalta vintage had an early warm season with a historic drought and 23% lower rain deficit than historical data. Detailed work in the vineyard and cellar, along with a swift harvest, preserved freshness and juicy fruit in whites and, particularly, in the rosé, with promising results in reds.
Les Indomptables cuvée pays tribute to the men who cultivate the vine despite its whims. These winegrowers have a perfect understanding of the vine and its land, but they must deal with the hazards it throws their way. The vine cannot be tamed, it must be domesticated.
This vintage reveals a complex nose with aromas of red fruits, licorice and thyme. The palate is silky and fruity with notes of blackberry, supported by powerful and velvety tannins.

Louis Perdrier is a high quality French Sparkling Wine (‘vin mousseux’ ), made from only the finest French white grapes, blended from regional varietals in Beaune.
Produced by the house of Patriarche, this sparkling rosé wine is well-balanced, gentle and very attractive as an apéritif.
