The vineyard of Occultum Lapidem is located on gneiss and schistous soils from the Devonian Period and limestone from Kimmeridgian Period.

APPEARANCE
Beautiful dark garnet dress.
NOSE
Initial nose reserved with a dominant graphite, leather, then intense notes of pepper, black fruit and garrigue.
PALATE
The attack is rich, dense; the rest is fleshy, sunny, long sapid finish, served by fine tannins and a beautiful freshness.
AGEING
Maturing takes place half in vats and the other half in barrels depending on the year.
PAIRING
At its best with duck confit and rib steak.
