Queue de Corue (or “Tail of Cod”) comes from the name of the plot given internally for years. It evokes a plot in a triangle and slightly sloping and therefore more difficult to work. It is a gabbro terroir which brings freshness and salinity. However, the very sunny vintage and the harvest date bring this wine to notes of yellow fruits. This is usually the last plot harvested of the vintage.

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 12%

APPEARANCE
Bright yellow with green highlights.

NOSE
The nose reveals delicate citrus aromas as well as notes of white flowers.

PALATE
On the palate, it is dry, light, mineral and fruity.
A beautiful discovery of the Atlantic, full of purity, freshness and salinity.

AGEING
After racking, the alcoholic fermentation lasts 2 to 3 weeks and the wine is left on its lees before bottling.

PAIRING
Ideal with fish tartars and carpaccios, prawns, smoked fish and summer salads.
