Great colour intensity with violet hues.

NOSE
At the beginning, floral notes of violets together with a fresh and very intense fruity expression, reminiscent of red plums, strawberries and blackberries.

PALATE
On the palate it’s very fresh, smooth and balanced, with a subtle mineral texture. A true expression of the area

AGEING
The wine remains in contact with French oak for 3 months and is then stored in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.

PAIRING
Roasted meat, it goes well also with strong herbs and pepper.
