TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 14.5%

APPEARANCE
Deep purple color.

NOSE
Floral violet notes are followed by intense fruity expression of red plum, strawberry and blackberry.

PALATE
On the palate, it has a full body with flavors of dark fruits, chocolate and coffee, with firm tannins and a long finish.

AGEING
The wine remains in contact with French oak for 3 months and is then stored in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.

PAIRING
Roasted meat, it goes well also with strong herbs and pepper.
