Casa Santos Lima was created to ensure the continuous development of Santos Lima’s wine producing activity created several generations ago. This activity was first started by Joaquim Santos Lima, who, by the turn of 19th century, was already a great producer and exporter of Portuguese wines. Still a family owned company, today is present in the regions of Lisboa, Algarve, Alentejo, Vinho Verde and Douro.

Território Vinho Regional Lisboa is a wine produced from the Castelão, Tinta Roriz, Syrah and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, a combination that gives the wine complexity and character. With fresh and firm tannins, the wine offers a long finish, providing a lasting and pleasant experience

TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
Deep ruby red colour.

NOSE
This wine has pleasant aromas of ripe black and red fruits.

PALATE
In the mouth it is very fruity and smooth, with concentrated aromas of red fruits, well combined with smooth tannins, oak notes and balanced acidity. Spicy and liquorice flavours dominate at the end.

AGEING
Partial ageing in oak barrels for 4 months.

PAIRING
Dishes with an intense flavor and strong seasonings, containing ingredients such as cheese, onion, garlic, mustard or pepper.
