APPEARANCE
Bright straw yellow.

NOSE
The gourmet Viognier develops its aromas of peach and apricot, the Rolle brings its vivacity and tone on a bed of grapefruit and citron; the Chardonnay adds tension with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn.

PALATE
The taste is intense and fruity with sapidity and freshness.

AGEING
Long fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature, for a full expression of the fruit.

PAIRING
Serve it as an aperitif or with creamy goat, sheep or cow’s milk cheeses.
