“Tired of our respective professional lives, we left everything to pursue a slightly crazy dream: to create wines like us, a little unconventional and offbeat” – Anthony Aubert & Jean-Charles Mathieu

It is in the foothills of the Pyrenees that this surprising Pinot Noir is grown. A demanding grape variety, Pinot Noir needs freshness to be able to develop these emblematic fruity aromas.
