Family property, on the north-west slope, 1 km from the village of Saint-Émilion, based on traditional cultivation with absence of weedkillers, limited yields, manual harvesting, traditional aging in oak barrels/foudres and amphoras.
This Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is the fruit of the work of the land and the grapes harvested by women and men in symbiosis with nature.

Dark ruby purple in color.

NOSE
This wine presents a pleasant bouquet of aromas of very ripe red fruits, blueberries and plums, shades of roasted chestnuts, spices and oak.

PALATE
Powerful and well balanced on the palate, the fruity character harmonizes with finely woody notes, flexible tannins, harmonious acidity on a persistent and confident finish.

AGEING
Ageing takes place in new oak barrels and wine barrels, tuns and amphorae for 12 to 18 months.

PAIRING
Recommended to be combined with poultry, fried red meat and beef.
