PALATE
On the palate, the wine presents a beautiful freshness and a silky texture. The tannins, perfectly integrated, provide a subtle structure with notes of candied fruits , cocoa and spices. The finish is elegant, marked by a beautiful maturity, leaving an impression of softness and balance.

AGEING
In French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% in 1 year old.

PAIRING
It goes wonderfully with a pork tenderloin with mushrooms, a truffle risotto or even a rack of roast lamb with herbs.
