APPEARANCE
Ruby, prune color, dense and full.

NOSE
Distinguished by its intense and expressive nose, with complex notes of dark cherry, black fruit jam, blackcurrant, figs and violet, showing a very Cabernet Franc profile.

PALATE
Very smooth attack, linear and balanced, with silky tannins and a beautiful length. Flavors of black cherry, plum, and licorice blend harmoniously with undergrowth and leather notes, offering a rich and balanced tasting experience with a well-integrated use of wood. A good satisfying Bordeaux.

AGEING
In French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% one-year-old.

PAIRING
Try it with spiced duck breast or beef fillet with mushrooms. Also an excellent companion for braised dishes and stews.
