TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
Intense ruby-red color.

NOSE
The nose has a very complex but subtle profile with very elegant perfume of fresh summer fruit with spices and flowers notes. Blackberry and cassis notes give way to violets and lavender.

PALATE
As it opens in the glass the spices appear with white pepper, rosemary, licorice and cedar and very well integrated oak. In the palate is soft and shows nice acidity with structure and gentle ripe tannins.

AGEING
14 months in French oak ranging from barrels to foudres.

PAIRING
Ideal with lamb, red meats, pastas, game, ripe cheeses and pata negra ham.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink it now or keep it for 6 to 8 years.
