APPEARANCE
Intense ruby.

NOSE
In the foreground, ripe red and black fruits (blueberry, raspberry), dried fruits (raisins), sweet and spicy spices, such as cinnamon and black pepper; in the background reveals notes of dark chocolate and dried herbs.

PALATE
Enjoy the complex nose of prunes, ground pepper, dried leaves and a smooth creamy mouthfeel with rich flavors of blueberries, chocolate and spices.

AGEING
The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels and bottled with minimum filtration.

PAIRING
Recommended for red meat, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and pork or lamb chops.
