Bright pale lemon in appearance.

NOSE
Featuring vibrant aromas of citrus, green apple, and subtle white peach with a hint of vanilla and oak.

PALATE
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with bright acidity, showcasing flavours of lemon, pear, and a slight creaminess, all balanced by a gentle oak influence. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of citrus and a touch of nuttiness.

AGEING
Additional lees stirring is employed to add some roundness and depth before the wine is prepared for bottling.

PAIRING
Perfect with white meats and vegetables, such as chicken and mushroom risotto.
