Complex aromas of red fruits and flowers, where the typical violets of the variety stand out.

PALATE
In the mouth, you can taste sophisticated tannins, with a remarkable personality.
Long and extremely pleasant ending.

AGEING
Aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months and in the bottle for 12 months before release.

PAIRING
Grilled vegetables, pasta, red meats, rich sauces.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
