We find the Côte Chalonnaise in the very heart of Burgundy; the vineyards continue the natural line of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. Organized into small individual villages, the regional appellation “Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise” brings together 44 different communes, it embodies both
white wines made from Chardonnay and red wines from Pinot Noir.

The 200 hectares of Montagny 1er Cru are located at the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise. With a surface area of 34 hectares, “Les Coères” is the largest of the Montagny appellation climates classified as Premier Cru. The vines are located on a plateau as well as on hillsides facing southeast and north. The soils are not very stony and shallow, mainly covered with clay, blue marl and
Gryphées limestone (small fossil molluscs).

The Robin family has owned their vineyard in Chablis since 1836. In 1888 they moved to Chichée, a small village 3 km southeast of Chablis. Today, the family owns about thirty hectares of vineyards in the best locations in Chichée and Chablis.

This is solid, well-made Chardonnay, something really special, unique and distinct, that from the ground up truly expresses what is unique about the terroir of Margaret River. The majority of this wine, came from vineyards in the Wilyabrup sub-region in Margaret River. The 2023 vintage in Margaret River is frequently described by winemakers and critics as a “Goldilocks Vintage”—a nearly perfect season that favored Chardonnay with exceptional balance, elegance, and natural acidity.
The Miles from Nowhere name comes from the journey Franklin Tate’s ancestors made over 100 years ago from Eastern Europe to Australia: upon their arrival, they felt they had travelled “miles from nowhere”.

The 2024 vintage in Margaret River is marked by being the earliest and fastest-paced harvest on record, driven by an exceptionally warm and dry growing season. Rocca delle Macìe was established in 1973, when Italo Zingarelli, a film-maker, producer and director, decided to realize his lifelong dream by acquiring the “Le Macìe” estate, in order to create a winery in the heart of the Chianti Classico zone and to produce wines that, thanks to their balance between the tannic structure, fruit and pleasantness, can be appreciated by young people and wines that are able to give over the years a great evolution.
The grapes come mainly from the vineyards of Tenuta Campomaccione owned by Rocca delle Macìe and partly from selected farms on the Tuscan coast. The Moonlite is a modern, fresh, pleasant and versatile white dedicated to lovers of good drinking and ideal for every occasion.
