TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 15%

APPEARANCE
Deep violet color.

NOSE
Complex aromas of red fruits and flowers, where the typical notes of violets of the variety stand out.

PALATE
In the mouth, you can taste sophisticated tannins, with a remarkable personality. Long and extremely pleasant ending.

AGEING
The wine was aged in 50% new French oak barrels (25% of first use and 25% of second use) for a period of 12 months and then kept in bottles for 8 more months.

PAIRING
Grilled vegetables, pasta, red meats, rich sauces.

RATINGS
