APPEARANCE
Shining wine with a scarlet colour.

NOSE
Expressive nose with aromas of red fruits, raspberry and blackcurrant.

PALATE
Fresh in the mouth, the volume, the fat, its roundness accompanies notes of black fruit, blackberries and cassis.
Long, thin and flexible, this wine is appetizing.

AGEING
Aged in coated curved concrete in micro oxygenation with 20% of the blend aged in medium toasted French barrels.

PAIRING
It goes perfectly with red meats (beef ribs), game (pheasants, partridges), sauces and cheeses.
