APPEARANCE
Elegant and deep ruby color.
NOSE
Its spicy and expressive nose is dominated by red fruit aromas, meanwhile the largely dominant percentage of Merlot gives finesse and roundness, where the Cabernet Franc contributes to a rich and elegant bouquet.
PALATE
In the mouth this wine is well-balanced and round with smooth tannins where Cabernet Sauvignon shows its great aging potential.
VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.
PAIRING
Very nice with read meat or cheese.
READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now or keep for up to 5 years. After this period, the wine will show more mature characteristics.
