Unusually for Pauillac, the Fleur de Pedesclaux is predominantly made from Merlot along with a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot depending on the vintage.

The 2023 Fleur de Pédesclaux represents a vibrant, approachable expression of Pauillac. It stands out due to a unique blend profile featuring a notably high percentage of Petit Verdot (up to 14%), which injects distinct floral, mint, and dark-chocolate complexities into the wine.
