The vines, planted with native Portuguese grapes, are located in the classified region of Lisbon (Lisboa) and planted in sun kissed hills with a gentle maritime influence and clay-limestone soils. With a citric colour and very aromatic it reveals plenty of freshness and a nice acidity.

Reschke is committed to producing superior wines from meticulously managed vineyards in the heart of Coonawarra. Optimal vineyard soils comprised of thin layers of rich red loams over ancient limestone provide the bare requirement for growth without indulging the grapevine’s natural tendency for vigour. Hungry soils combined with rigorous hand pruning restrict yields to ensure richly flavoured fruit. Reschke ‘Vitulus’, Latin, meaning ‘bull calf’, is skilfully crafted to drink well at release and reward those with patience from a short stay in the cellar.

1787 is the year in which the word “Vino Nobile” appears for the first time on an expense note of a wine coming from Montepulciano.
This Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is created using grapes cultivated on local estates in accordance with the traditional method of vinifying this ancient Tuscan wine.

Produced with grapes harvested at the optimal ripening moment, coming from the Campomaccione estate in the Province of Grosseto, owned by the Zingarelli Family since 1998, this Vermentino has floral hints of acacia and broom, followed by delicate fruity aromas of apple and pineapple.
