It displays a complex bouquet of citrus zest, passionfruit, and ripe tropical fruits, complemented by lifted herbal notes like currant leaf, tomato leaf, and lemongrass.

PALATE
A concentrated and layered palate featuring sweet pineapple, pink grapefruit, crunchy green apple, and subtle hints of black olive and guava. Leading with a zesty minerality and high natural acidity, it concludes with a long, pure, and focused dry finish.

PAIRING
Ideally matched with Thai cuisine, Asianstyle seafood, or mussel fritters with lime zest and fresh basil aioli. It complements goat cheese tarts and fresh green salads.
