PALATE
Perfectly balanced with touches of zesty minerality, this Sauvignon Blanc is delightfully crisp and refreshing.

PAIRING
Asian-style seafood dishes or Thai food in general.
Mussel fritters with lime zest, caper and fresh basil aioli will also work very well with this wine.
