APPEARANCE
Ruby red, with violet hints.
NOSE
Scents of fruits in particular raspberry, cherries, prunes and plum.
PALATE
Sweet, soft and creamy, in the finish with some warm notes of raisins.
AGEING
After a drying period in stores for 120 days and vinification, it follows a refinement in stainless steel vats for 6 months and then in bottle for 4 months.
PAIRING
All types of dry biscuits like cantucci, herbal or spiced cheeses, chocolate and fruit spiced sauces.
