The perlage is very fine and persistent.

Ethereal, delicate and very characteristic bouquet due to the synergy between the variety’s perfume and the yeasts. Clear-cut aromas.
PALATE
Full and harmonious on the palate, with a dry taste.
PAIRING
Ideal as aperitif, but also with pasta, pizza, fish courses and fresh cheeses.
Serve it at 5-6°C.
