In the mouth it is soft, savory and with a good acid support, long in the fresh and pleasant finish.

Charmat method.
PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, good pairing with fish and white meat dishes.
Perfect with a fish lasagna.
Serve immediately after opening at 6-8 °C.
