TASTING NOTES
Crystalline. Earthy, spicy and complex with floral and peppercorn aromas and fruity tones of spiced plum. On the mouth orange blossom, jasmine, rose petals, peach, apricot, tropical fruits, sweet melon, grapefruit rind, bright cherry and a light herbal base. Very long finish with layers of complexity reinforced by a good dose of acidity.

DISTILLATION
This Chilean grape brandy is produced from double-distilled Muscat grapes combined with pure water from the Andes.

PAIRING
Enjoy it alone, on the rocks or in offbeat cocktails, such as Pisco Sour or in a Punch.
