St. Michael-Eppan Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC

Some 340 winemaking families joined forces in 1907 to create St. Michael-Eppan Winery, home to South Tyrol’s largest wine-growing municipality, Eppan.
Cellar Master Hans Terzer’s attaches the utmost importance to vinifying top wines that are clear, pure in tone and true to their varietal characteristics.

Pinot blanc is the most widely planted white grape variety at St. Michael-Eppan. Cool night-time winds descending from the Mendel Massif and the limestone gravel soils provide the grape with the optimal conditions for developing into a nicely balanced, fresh white wine.
