APPEARANCE
Pink of medium intensity.
NOSE
Floral nuances of violets and roses combine with notes of tart red berries, such as raspberry and red currant.
PALATE
It is balanced on the palate, with freshness and savoriness guiding the aromatic finish of small red fruits.
AGEING
After ageing on the lees for 3-4 months, it matures in stainless steel vats before being bottled with a Stelvin closure (screw cap).
PAIRING
Fish, shrimps and salmon appetizers, delicate cold cuts, pasta with tomato and pizza but also a good match with Asian and exotic cuisine.
