The palate is juicy, powerful and fruity with notes of red fruits, accompanied by lovely roasted notes. The present tannins are silky and delicate.
AGEING
6 months in concrete vats and in stainless steel tanks.
PAIRING
Young milk-fed lamb meat and medium aged cheeses.
