Champagne Maurice Delot is a family tradition house founded in 1933, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar in one of the most prestigious terroirs of Champagne: Celles sur Ource .

Located in the south of the appellation, the Burgundian influences are reflected in the soil and in the wines, which received Terra Vitis ecological certification in 2018, guaranteeing cultivation that is as close as possible to the environment and the vines.
