Paul Chamblain Brut Blanc de Blancs

The base wines used for Paul Chamblain Brut Blanc de Blancs come from selected vineyards in the Burgundy region, the region of
Loire and Charentes.
The yeast is selected in Champagne but, according to the Charmat method, a second natural fermentation takes place in vats close, which keeps the original aromas of the wines of ‘white of whites’ base.

Alcohol 11%

APPEARANCE
Beautiful yellow color and fine bubbles.

NOSE
The bouquet is very fresh with a blend of fruity and floral aromas.

PALATE
On the palate is balanced, elegant and refreshing.

AGEING
The fermentation with selected yeast from Champagne, lasts about 3 weeks at least, until the pressure reaches the threshold of 5 bar (as for Champagne).

PAIRING
Ideal as a party wine or on its own as an aperitif. At its best when served chilled.
