APPEARANCE
Pale golden in color with green tones.

NOSE
Beginning marked by subtle citrus aromas and a mineral sensation that give way to floral notes with orange blossoms and jasmine, ending with tropical fruits such as papayas and white peach.

PALATE
Good concentration with a medium acidity that accompanies well on the palate, giving a creamy, fresh sensation that contrasts with a saline sensation in the background.

AGEING
Aged for 40% in stainless steel and 60% in French oak barrels and foudres.

PAIRING
Ideal to accompany seafood, fish and dishes with seafood.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
