APPEARANCE
Deep ruby red with purple reflections.
NOSE
Intense aromas of violets, blackberry and subtle chocolate herald this mouth staining inky dark fruit characters of blackberry, anise and smoky liquorice.
PALATE
The well integrated spicy oak and the tight tannins adds complexity and depth that persists to a long flavoursome finish.
WINEMAKING
Matured for approximately 4 months in French oak, giving a subtle and delicate oak influence, and then tank matured for 5 more months before filtration and bottling.

Enjoy with BBQ T-Bone steak with red or chimichurri salsas.
